A collateral folder is dragged into the app. Paperstac AI imports the note tape spreadsheet to create the loan assets, then classifies the supporting documents and assigns them to those assets. The seller reviews the organized data room and publishes the auction. The marketplace appears, and the new auction slides into the first position before revealing the three-loan portfolio listing.

Data Room downloads require permission checks. Private auction files require seller approval, and download links expire after one hour.
Card details are handled by a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Full card numbers and security codes stay off Paperstac’s servers.
HTTPS/TLS encryption protects your connection to the site. Automatic DDoS mitigation helps protect our website from disruptive traffic.
